We have advised a number of clients on understanding the regulatory framework of a number of European markets by assessing the impact on all players in such markets, (i.e., Incumbents, IPPs, End users and RES generators).

In addition, and as part of our work, EKON has been able to anticipate the policy risks embedded in the markets highlighting the risks involved in any investment from the changes in policies triggered by different factors.

Our work has also provided evidence of the impact of such changes and we have provided expert advise and witness services in litigations against those changes.
